By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Nutrition guidance and recommendations are informational only, may be incomplete or inaccurate for your situation, and are not a substitute for professional advice from a qualified healthcare provider. If you choose to rely on any content in the App, you do so at your own risk.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
A. Account & Contact Information

We receive non-financial purchase metadata from Apple/Google via RevenueCat (e.g., product ID, subscription status, start/renewal/cancellation dates). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

Questionnaire data can reveal health-related information (e.g., dietary restrictions, medical conditions you choose to disclose). We process such data only to personalize your experience (e.g., recipe filtering) and only with your consent (obtained when you submit the questionnaire). You may:

6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 in parts of the EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Third-Party Links & Content
The App may link to third-party websites or content we do not control. This Policy does not cover their practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information.
14. Do Not Track
Your browser or device may send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for compliance, we do not respond to these signals. We honor applicable opt-out mechanisms under relevant privacy laws.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will post the updated Policy with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, notify you and obtain consent for material changes.

A. Automated Decision-Making / Profiling
We use limited profiling (e.g., matching your questionnaire/pantry to recipes) to personalize results. You can disable or delete questionnaire/pantry data; personalization quality may decrease.
B. Data Minimization
Provide only the information you are comfortable sharing. You can use the App with minimal data, though certain features require specific inputs (e.g., personalization needs questionnaire/pantry data).
C. Accountability & Audit
We maintain internal access logs, least-privilege access controls, and periodic reviews of processor compliance.
18. Health & Safety Notice (Reiterated)
PowerPlatez is not a healthcare provider and the Services do not offer medical advice. Nutrition content and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Always consult a qualified professional. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in the App. If you experience a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Important: Terms of Use & Medical Disclaimer (Companion Document)
The liability scenario you described (e.g., a user eats fatty foods, suffers harm, and threatens to sue) is addressed primarily in your Terms of Use, not your Privacy Policy. You should publish Terms of Use alongside this Policy, including:
